Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide of kisspeptin (metastin residues 45–54), Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2, with a C-terminal amide.

It is used as a reference agonist in GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor binding assays and in calcium-mobilization and inositol-phosphate signaling assays in transfected cell lines.
