Due to the sensitive, controlled, and research-specific nature of the laboratory materials supplied by BioBoost Labs+™, all sales are final.
Products may not be returned, exchanged, or resold once an order has shipped, except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by BioBoost Labs+™.
This policy is necessary to preserve product integrity, safety standards, contamination prevention, and documented chain-of-custody controls applicable to research materials.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives with:
- missing items,
- incorrect items, or
- visible damage to products or packaging,
you must notify us promptly by contacting:
support@bioboostlabsllc.com
Your request must include:
- Order number;
- Description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs of the shipping package and affected items (where applicable).
BioBoost Labs+™ reserves the right to investigate all claims prior to issuing any remedy. Where a verified fulfillment error or carrier-related issue is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to product availability and applicable law, provide:
- replacement product,
- partial refund, or
- alternative resolution.
Failure to report delivery issues within a reasonable timeframe may limit our ability to investigate carrier claims or provide corrective action.
- Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request cancellation, customers must email:
support@bioboostlabsllc.com
with:
- the order number; and
- “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. Cancellation is effective only upon written confirmation from BioBoost Labs+™.
- Refunds for Approved Cancellations
For orders confirmed as successfully canceled prior to shipment:
- Refunds will be issued via Venmo, PayPal, or another payment method designated by BioBoost Labs+™, regardless of the original payment method used;
- A 15% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount;
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days following written cancellation approval.
No refund obligation exists unless cancellation approval has been expressly confirmed in writing by BioBoost Labs+™.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
- Orders already shipped;
- Customer error in product selection;
- Regulatory, customs, or carrier delays;
- Shipment refusal after dispatch;
- Improper handling or storage after delivery;
- Misunderstanding of product purpose or intended research use.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact BioBoost Labs+™ and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order concern prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution may constitute a violation of our Terms of Service.
BioBoost Labs+™ reserves the right to dispute improper chargebacks and recover associated administrative costs, processing fees, and related expenses where permitted by law.
