Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. No tracking after 3 business days? Email us your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only before it ships. Email support@bioboostlabsllc.com with “Cancellation Request” and your order number in the subject. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Something arrived damaged or missing
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and items. Every order ships insured.
Bulk or wholesale orders
Bulk pricing starts at 10 vials of the same product. Wholesale starts at a $1,000 minimum order. Both are set up directly with us — send a message or text us.
Can you answer questions about use or effects?
No. Our products are sold for research use only. We cannot discuss dosing, administration, or effects of any kind. Federal rules prohibit human-use claims, and our payment processors require it. We’re happy to help with orders, COAs, shipping, and stock.
Can I pick up locally?
No. There is no public storefront and no local pickup. Every order ships, including in Texas.
