Research Use Only
What research use only means at BioBoost Labs+™, and what we will and won’t do.
1. What Research Use Only Means at BioBoost Labs+™
All products sold by BioBoost Labs+™ are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in humans or animals. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any human or veterinary use.
2. Who May Purchase
Our products are sold only to qualified researchers, institutions, and businesses engaged in legitimate scientific research who are at least 21 years of age. By purchasing, you confirm you are acquiring these materials solely for lawful research purposes and that you have the training and facilities to handle them safely.
3. What We Will Not Provide
- Dosing guidance, administration instructions, or protocols of any kind for human or animal use
- Claims or opinions about therapeutic benefits, effects, or outcomes
- Advice on personal use, even if a question is framed as hypothetical
Our team will not answer questions about use in humans or animals. We are glad to help with orders, Certificates of Analysis, shipping, storage specifications, and stock.
4. How Intended Use Is Determined
The intended use of a product is judged by the totality of what a seller says and does. At BioBoost Labs+™, our product descriptions, labels, Certificates of Analysis, marketing, and customer communications are all written to reflect research-only use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe products will be used outside of research.
5. Your Responsibility as the Buyer
You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful purchase, possession, handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of all products, in line with your institution’s protocols and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Products may have unknown biological or toxicological properties and must be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.
