2. Buyer Acknowledgment — Research Use Only

By placing an order with BioBoost Labs, you expressly acknowledge, represent, and agree that:

  • All products purchased are for in-vitro laboratory research use only and are not intended for use in any living organism, including humans or animals.
  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional purchasing products for legitimate research purposes.

  • You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research materials in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of any BioBoost Labs product are strictly prohibited:

  • Veterinary use: No product may be administered to or used in connection with any animal.

BioBoost Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reason to believe products may be used for any prohibited purpose.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction to place an order. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Orders are void where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

BioBoost Labs makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, purity data, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) information are accurate and current.
