Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request by email before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

For approved cancellations, please note:

  • Refunds will only be issued via Venmo or PayPal, regardless of the original payment method.

  • All canceled orders are subject to a 15% processing and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

Refunds are issued only after cancellation approval has been confirmed.
